Precision Torque, Practical Control
Bring measured control to automotive maintenance with an adjustable mechanical torque wrench designed for accurate, repeatable tightening.
Set your required torque, secure the locking handle, and apply steady pressure until the mechanism clicks to indicate the selected setting has been reached.
A 72-tooth ratchet mechanism provides 5-degree engagement, while the chrome-vanadium steel construction delivers a sturdy, practical tool for everyday garage and workshop use.
Choose from four drive size and torque range combinations to suit your specific application.
Choose the Right Torque Range for Your Work
Not every automotive fastener requires the same tightening torque. Selecting the correct wrench starts with knowing the torque specification and socket drive size required for your application.
Choose from four available configurations:
- 1/4" Drive, 20–200 in-lb: Compact option for lower-torque fastening requirements.
- 3/8" Drive, 10–80 ft-lb: Mid-range option for compatible automotive and mechanical fasteners.
- 1/2" Drive, 10–150 ft-lb: General automotive option covering a broader tightening range.
- 1/2" Drive, 25–250 ft-lb: Extended-range option for applications requiring higher torque settings.
Each selection includes one torque wrench in the chosen configuration.
Before Ordering:
Check the torque specification provided by your vehicle or equipment manufacturer. Match that value to the selected wrench's operating range and confirm that your socket and drive configuration are suitable.
The 1/4" model uses inch-pounds (in-lb), while the other three models use foot-pounds (ft-lb). These units are not interchangeable.
Not intended for loosening fasteners or replacing an impact wrench.
Built for Controlled, Everyday Workshop Use
A polished chrome-plated finish complements the wrench's chrome-vanadium steel construction, creating a clean, durable-feeling tool with a straightforward mechanical design.
The 72-tooth ratchet engages in 5-degree increments, providing convenient positioning where handle movement is limited.
An adjustable handle, locking collar, and clearly marked torque scales work together to support deliberate torque setting and controlled tightening.
With four available configurations, you can choose a model that suits your working space and required torque capacity.
Set, Lock, and Tighten
The mechanical adjustment system follows a straightforward process.
1. Unlock the Handle
Pull back the locking collar to release the adjustment mechanism.
2. Set the Required Torque
Rotate the handle and align the main and supplementary scale markings to your desired torque value. Confirm that the setting is within the wrench's rated range.
3. Lock and Tighten
Secure the locking collar, attach a compatible socket, and apply steady clockwise pressure to the fastener.
When the preset torque is reached, the wrench produces an audible click. Stop applying force when the click occurs.
The sound may be quieter at lower torque settings.
Always consult the vehicle or equipment tightening instructions before use.
Four Configurations, One Purpose-Built Tool
Whether you need a compact wrench for lower-torque fasteners or a longer wrench for higher-torque applications, the range offers four distinct configurations.
Each version features the same fundamental mechanical click-type operation, with different drive sizes, torque ranges, lengths, and included accessories.
1/4" Drive | 20–200 in-lb
A compact 23.8 cm wrench designed for lower-torque applications using compatible 1/4" drive sockets. Includes two extension rods and a drive adapter.
3/8" Drive | 10–80 ft-lb
A 41.7 cm wrench for mid-range torque requirements, supplied with two drive adapters and a 6" extension rod.
1/2" Drive | 10–150 ft-lb
A 42.9 cm wrench covering a broad range of automotive tightening requirements, with two adapters and a 5" extension rod.
1/2" Drive | 25–250 ft-lb
A longer 56.5 cm configuration for higher torque requirements, supplied with one drive adapter and two extension rods.
Important: Only the selected wrench configuration and its corresponding accessories are included. The four models are not sold together as one kit.
Care for Your Torque Wrench
A mechanical torque wrench is a measuring instrument and should be handled and stored accordingly.
After use, return the adjustment to the lowest marked torque setting and store the wrench in its case in a clean, dry location.
Avoid impact, excessive vibration, moisture exposure, and using the tool to loosen fasteners. Periodic calibration checks help maintain measurement reliability.
The manual recommends recalibration approximately once per year or after 5,000 uses.
For best results, always follow the tool's operating instructions and the tightening specifications for your vehicle or equipment.
